Privacy notice
This is a practical early privacy notice for the ProVelta website and early-access form. It should be reviewed before public launch.
What ProVelta collects
ProVelta collects information submitted through the early-access form. This may include name, email, company, role, number of machines, current backup setup, platform need, message, enquiry-contact consent, a separate optional product-update choice, browser user agent, and a hashed IP address. We retain the submitted preference wording, version and server-recorded time, together with withdrawal history.
Why it is collected
This information is used to respond to early-access requests, understand product fit, and communicate about ProVelta in relation to the request.
Optional product updates
You can separately choose general ProVelta product updates. Leaving this option unticked does not prevent an enquiry or private demo next steps. Existing enquiry consent is not treated as a product-update subscription.
To stop product updates, open the private unsubscribe link provided in your enquiry confirmation and choose Unsubscribe. The link is also included in the enquiry receipt. Read how withdrawal works. You can also ask ProVelta to record an opt-out using the contact address below.
Withdrawal applies across enquiries using the same email address, including when recording access has expired or been revoked. Later enquiries do not restart a withdrawn subscription. Enquiry receipts and necessary enquiry/demo correspondence remain separate.
How it is stored
Early-access request information is stored locally in the configured MariaDB database for this website. Raw IP addresses are not stored by the form; the website stores a hashed value instead.

ProVelta does not sell this information.
Correction or deletion
Users can request correction or deletion of their early-access request information by contacting ProVelta.
